LIHUʻE — The County of Kauaʻi Liquor Control Commission meetings scheduled for this week have been canceled due to Hurricane Lowell.
The canceled meetings are the regular meeting scheduled for 1:30 p.m. today; the special session scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday; and the special session scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
All candidates selected for interviews scheduled for Thursday and Friday will be notified of the rescheduled meetings as soon as possible following the reopening of county offices.
A revised agenda will be posted at least six calendar days before the next meeting at www.kauai.gov, as required under Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Chapter 92. Members of the public who wish to testify are encouraged to review the revised agenda once it is posted, as the meeting method and testimony instructions will be confirmed there.
